    1. +DocScience2 – Although this may be true, it is easier to stay healthy when
      eating a balance diet that includes meat. Humans are omnivores and have a
      digestive system designed to eat both meat and low cellulose vegetable
      matter. Adding meat into your diet helps minimize the likelihood of having
      a deficiency in essential amino acids, vitamin b12, and gives you more
      absorbable iron and bioavailable energy, among many other advantages. A
      diet without meat it possible, but requires the use of factory
      manufactured pills. Please note, when I refer to meat I mean unprocessed
      animal proteins.

    adds weight for bugging out. Well, then leave it behind if you have to bug
    out, I believe most of your planning should assume you’ll stay in place
    unless you are in a large city. (Bugging out shouldn’t be taken lightly,
    being on the road always puts yourself in a more dangerous position. Is
    point A so bad that you have to put you and your family at risk to get to
    point B and do you even have a point B?) Canned goods add a lot of variety
    and nutrients and are very economical.

    1:44, brown rice does not last long on the shelf no matter how you store
    it. White rice, though less nutritious, with simply vacuum sealing, will
    last many years.

    vitamin-rich fresh greens and then eaten either raw or cooked when
    sprouted. These dormant seeds should be stored in the presence of oxygen to

    sugar calories of juice and will store a long time in a sealed Mylar bag
    with oxygen absorbers.
