  1. I’m the farthest from smart, but I think the word you were looking for was homeostasis. When your body reaches equilibrium from not taking in the crap we eat.

Lets face it,  most people are hopelessly  depressed and utterly unmotivated.   People feel that the planet is doomed,   that they are doomed,  that everything is going right down the drain, that nothing matters and that they would probably be better off dead.   You have a very good, positive attitude CP,  but most folks  have already given up.

  4. THEr   are two diets  that will burn away all your fat=Raw vegetable only diet, and one meal per day diet.  .    But I agree,   You have to live an active,  workout lifestyle.   Avoid junk food.   Don’t be a couch potato.
