In this video, Eric goes over the basics of pan lubing your cast lead projectiles. For projectiles needing to be sized, there are a couple of options and additional tooling that will be discussed in a future video. Stay tuned, much more on the way.

  1. Time to start poly coating the lead?  Have you done so, as yet? Would like your word on the subject. Would you have to remake molds? How would the poly coatings different as to clean up and ware vs copper? You guys are in my top 5 of subscriptions. Hope you are investing 20 to 30 % of your profits from this site. This may go away like baseball card sales on e-bay did. Eager to get your reply.

  2. If you put the pan of bullets into the oven for a short time to heat up the bullets, the liquid lube won’t harden as it touches them. You’ll get better fill.

  3. Not a black powder user/bullet casting guy question. Do you lube the projectiles to keep the barrels from leading?
